Janine EldridgeJanine Eldridge moved to Colorado Springs in 2003 with her husband and two sons. She has been practicing Pilates since 1998, starting in Santa Barbara, California. Her exposure to some amazing instructors, many of which trained with Joseph Pilates' original "six disciples," inspired her to become a teacher. After moving to Colorado, she had the opportunity to follow her dream and escape work in the corporate world. Her Pilates training and certification was finished in 2005 with Alana Norman in Castle Pines. In 2006, she started GYROTONIC training and is certified to teach it as well. Janine takes pride in the fact that she is classically trained and maintains the integrity of Joseph Pilates' original work, which he called "Contrology." Currently, she teaches both methods of movement in Castle Pines and Colorado Springs. Her goal is to continue learning, inspiring and to keep people moving
