H2O FitnessThis program has been designed for individuals wishing to improve overall fitness and well being. Take advantage of the healing qualities of our Hydrogen Peroxide therapeutic pools and take control over the minor conditions that may prevent you from participating in conventional exercise programs. You may just want to add variety to your current exercise routine, and this class is for all levels of fitness. You can work at your own pace. Swimming skills are not necessary. Class limit of 15, Walk-ins welcome!
Aqua BabiesThis program has designed for children from 6 months to 4 years. Children will need to be accompanied by one or more parent or another adult. We will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to orient your child to the water and to safely supervise water activities. Our focus is to use a fun and gentle approach incorporating basic skills, songs and games with positive feedback as parents and child gain confidence and skill.

Water Tai ChiThis class combines aquatic exercise and martial arts' principles from Tai Chi Chuan, Aikido and other other soft style Eastern Arts. Combined with a developing western science aquatic exercise, Water Tai Chi offers a total mind and body work out in a safe environment. Swimming skills are not necessary. Class limit of 10. Moms in MotionPre/Post Natal Water Fitness Program This is a safe, pool-based exercise program designed for women wishing to improve overall fitness and health during and after pregnancy.
