Aaron Knutson MS, CSCS
Director of Operations and Program Development

Aaron holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Science and Health and Fitness Management and is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Aaron is a former strength and conditioning coach for the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Pittsburgh Pirates. He also has a wide range of clinical experience within the orthopedic field. He has developed and implemented on/off season throwing programs for a number of professional athletes.

Phil Tognetti CSCS
Strength & Conditioning

Phil was raised in Southern California where he grew up playing any and all sports that he was able.  His love of baseball and the University of Michigan took him to Ann Arbor where he graduated as a four-year letter winner in the sport and earned a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science.  He continued his baseball career when he was given the opportunity to play professional baseball for an independent professional club, the Traverse City Beach Bums, in the Frontier League.  Phil is currently a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and he has trained clients ranging from age eight to 70.

Sara Pisan CSCS, NSCA-CPT
Certified Personal Trainer

Sara Pisan, raised in Portland, OR, is currently a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. She is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute of Colorado Springs with an emphasis in Tactical Strength and Conditioning, Kettle Bells, and is Kickfit Level 1 Certified. Sara also graduated from Southern Oregon University with her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy and Health and Physical Education while competing on the track and field team as a thrower. She moved to Colorado seeking an education to be a personal trainer after herself losing over 100 pounds through a healthy diet and regular exercise. She loves working with people and is working towards become Kickfit level 2 certified.

Amanda Sicard MS, CSCS
Strength and Conditioning

Amanda earned her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology at Western Michigan University.  She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College for Sports Medicine (ACSM).  Her emphasis is on sports performance, functional training, high-intensity training, corrective exercise, and weight loss.
