TJ- THE WINNER!!!!!TJ was fantastic throughout the entire contest! She had already lost 50 lbs. prior to the competition and did not plateau at all. She started the competition at 170.4 lbs and finished up at 149 lbs!
TJ lost a total of 21.4 lbs, AFTER HAVING LOST 50 lbs PRIOR TO THE CONTEST! Her dress size went from a 13 to a 9.

TJ'S BIO:
My name is TJ (37) and I am married to a wonderful Active Duty AF member that tends to go by the name of Billy (38) for 19 years. I have two kids - Megan who is 17 and is a junior in HS (but thinks she knows it all like most teenagers) And DJ who is 12 and has High Functioning Autism (Aspergers). I also look after my mom who I moved here in Sept 07 after some very difficult medical conditions made their way into her life. I am a full time student at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I'm getting my bachelors degree in business. Before moving here I was a paralegal for 8 years - the last 5 years was working in a compliance department for a major life and health insurance company. I hope to go back to something legal when I am done since I totally love the legal field. My weight has always fluctuated and I have done just about every diet that you can possibly imagine. But this time, I have decided that it will be the last time that I go back up in my weight. I have with the help of Spectrum Wellness, learned how to exercise the right way. I have been given a great opportunity – to help inspire others to get fit and healthy and I will be running with that opportunity. After starting out at 223 in July 2007, I am now down to 149 and only 9 pounds away from my goal. And with the help of Spectrum and the trainers I will be able to reach my goal and maintain it for a lifetime! TJ Working out:
