Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa yoga is a rhythmic style of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement.
Slow Flow
An energizing, slower paced class with restorative postures.
Hot Yoga
Hot yoga is taught in a 90+ degree room which will loosen tight muscles and release toxins. All levels welcome, please bring water and a towel. It is recommended that you eat a light snack 2 hours prior to class.
